Chef Nicolas Taberlet, who is also the owner, serves an authentic cuisine, drawing inspiration from local produce, which he prepares in the finest traditions of French cooking, with sometimes a sprinkling of exoticism drawn from travels abroad or the culinary experiences of his team. Nicolas trained as a patisserie chef and likes nothing more than to spoil his patrons with mouth-watering desserts.

The restaurant at the foot of the Avoriaz ski lift, and on Route des Ardoisières, is perfect for a gourmet break.
